6. Payment Refund Policy for Online Payments

Refund for Charge Back Transaction: If there is any claim for/of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach Pama India or its Subsidiaries Companies with his/her claim details. Such refund (if any) shall be effected by Pama India or relevant Subsidiaries via payment gateway or any other means as the Company deems appropriate.

All refunds and cancellations will be addressed as the relevant Real Estate Regulatory Authority prescribes.

7. Grievance Redressal

Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and/or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer mentioned below via writing or through email signed with an electronic signature.
